General Policy’s, Terms, Conditions, & Warranty for oem Pump Store
Pumps do not come with electrical cords or unions unless otherwise stated but are available either at a small up-charge or in some cases free of charge when requested.
We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, All prices are listed in US Dollars, unless otherwise indicated.
Orders are not binding until payment has been accepted and verified.
Shipping and handling charges apply to all orders, unless otherwise specified.
We ship items Monday - Friday normally within 24-72 hours of payment but seasonal sales may delay shipping 2-9 days. We will do our best to notify you of any additional delays, if you need your item soon, its best to email us first at email@example.com and we will reply promptly with current shipping times.
We do not ship on major US holidays. All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it for a full refund within 3 days of receipt less shipping and a 20% restocking fee.
Except as previously stated, we do not give refunds or accept refunds and All Sales are Finial. If you receive an item that fails, it is covered by our Limited Warranty explained below. We will honor a return for store credit only if item is returned between 4 and 30 days of its receipt and is unused and in its original packaging and condition. Please purchase shipping insurance for your protection. Items returned after 30 days of their receipt will be disposed of in a proper manner at our discretion.
Shipping is not refundable and you will bear the cost of return shipping.
Shipping is only refundable if we ship the wrong item.
Items must be returned in the condition in which they arrived and in their original packaging.
A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.

Each product we sell is covered by a warranty, please see item description or email us for a complete copy of any products warranty. Our General warranty is below.
Products shipped new may be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If items fail to perform as warranted, please contact the manufacturer or write us for assistance.
LIMITED REPLACEMENT WARRANTY
For a period of 90 days from the date of shipment (AND) (OR) the specified period in sales contract (AND) (OR) in item description from date of invoice, oem Pump Store Warrants that the pump(and) (or) pool/spa accessories sold and Manufactured or assembled by (and) (or) pool/spa pump/ accessories sold and re furbished (and) (or) re manufactured by oem Pump Store and sold hereunder will be free from defects in material and workmanship. oem Pump Store does not warrant engines, motors, gauges, electrical control equipment or other products which it does not sell, re-build (and) (or) re manufacture, such equipment being subject to such warranties as may be given by their respective manufacture. All transportation charges on parts, or equipment submitted for replacement under this warranty must be borne by purchaser. This warranty is non transferable.
Any claim for adjustment, under this limited warranty, must be made within the specified warranty period from the date of invoice and the customer purchaser must notify oem Pump Store of any such claim within 15 days after defect is discovered. oem Pump Store agrees to repair or furnish a replacement part for, but not install, any product or components thereof, which shall, upon test and examination by oem Pump Store in Brighton, CO, prove defective within the above warranty.
This warranty shall not apply to any products which (a) have been altered in any manner; or (b) have been subject to misuse, negligence or accident or (c) have been used in any manner contrary to seller’s printed instructions as defined on warning labels, tags, printed sheets, listings from on line web pages, advertisings, and emails (d) have failed seals and damage due to improper water quality balance defined as mineral deposits from hard water, (and) (or)improper PH or other imbalance as determined by industry standards for water quality in hot tubs, spa’s, and pools. Such guidelines are available upon request in writing from oem Pump Store or from OEM manufactures and other accredited companies in the Hot tub, spa and pool Industry
THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED SOLELY TO THE ABOVE AND APPLIES ONLY FOR THE PERIOD SET FORTH. oem Pump Store WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND OR NATURE WHETHER BASED UPON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, OR NEGLIGENCE AND ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE, USE OR REPAIR OF THE PRODUCTS. oem Pump Store's MAXIMUM LIABILITY SHALL NOT IN ANY CASE EXCEED THE CONTRACT PRICE FOR THE PRODUCTS CLAIMED TO BE DEFECTIVE.
